Replace pinion seal
I like to use a light coat of gasket sealer around the new seal where it goes into the housing. Use a block of wood and a fairly heavy hammer to tap the new seal back in. Sometimes it is difficult to get it started all the way around. Just be patient and keep trying. Wipe off the yoke where it contacts the new seal and then lightly oil the surface.
