Accesories: Chiron Accesories from Nest Points are a good starter pack. Labrynth are also good if you get the stats you need (INT/Magic Attack). Heraldry: Just pick the basic ones and if you can get third stat, go for Crit/Crit DMG or whatever stat you're lacking.

If you have a class that uses a particular type of element often, and that you share dragon jades with many of your subs, you should probably pick an ECJ that other of your subs with the same element type could use so you don't have to get several types of elemental attack dragon jades at once, costs less, efficient, and you can be more happy.
Fabulous' PvE War Mage Guide (OUT OF DATE)
They receive a reduced effect of 40% cooldown reduction for 10s. In exchange, you permanently lose 15% damage and elemental damage. The cooldown reduction is negligible in nests, where the limited number of recipients and nest length don't outweigh your DPS contribution. It may serve a purpose in raids, but many classes don't benefit from it.
